Requisition ID: 26636- Job Location(s): Osasco, BRDanfoss is looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to take responsibility for growing Distribution Sales turnover and development in Brazil.
In this position you will lead a team and will manage the national indirect channel: wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners.
You will report directly to the Regional Senior Director for Climate Solutions Segment and will be based in our office in Osasco, São Paulo.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve key processes;
- Develop and implement channel strategy;
- Identify and build channel front line sales competence;
- Organize trainings for all partner channel departments;
- Monthly sales forecast and production planning;
- Develop e-commerce initiatives with customers;
- Lead a team of external salesmen and manage external agents affairs;
- Introduce new products into partners portfolio;
- Coaching Team Members.
**Background & Skills**:
- Engineering or business education background;
- Solid and successful experience in sales and management of indirect channel/distributors;
- Proficient in English language;
- Solid leadership/communication experience;
- Solid marketing knowledge;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems;
- Knowledge of HVAC-R market is important differential;
- Spanish language proficiency is a differential.
