Responding to the customer business objective by shaping the delivery approach, articulating the assumptions, dependencies and risks producing and completing Global Service Planning Assurance deliverables:
Plan on a Page eDRP MSP Schedules Documenting delivery assumptions and dependencies Documenting delivery risk and appropriate mitigations Project/Programme Management Plan and Project Initiation Documents Engage with different part of BT to get Work package, driving timely pricing Writing Statement of Work needed Front Door requests Volumetric analysis leading to commitments Any other items from the Planning Assurance workbook providing bid text and inputs to contract schedules Initiating mobilisation in the last phase of a bid, starting from Front Door requests when required Throughout the bid cycle, you will have to develop and demonstrate:

oDrive for results with the ability to manage stressful timelines oAbility to prioritise and communicate oAbility to be persistent and assertive when necessary Technical and Service delivery approach (exact scope depend on the bid requirements):
oMinimum understanding of Service and the dependency on setting up the Service Desk for Transition or Transformation (hand over to service) oIdentification and understanding of interdependencies between Technologies and/or Service key skill to define the critical path oUnderstanding of the scope of the bid oExperience on using Lessons Learned and ability to call out issues Commercial approach:
oBusiness benefit understanding to prioritise delivery and challenge non-value add requirements oBreak down of the costs into service towers, potentially into regions/countries as well oAbility to review and write Contract Schedules Presentation skills:
oPowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Project fluency oAbility to lead internal and customer workshops oExplain and engage BT internal stakeholders at different level to get buy-in and commitment oDefend the delivery plan including the resources required You'll have the following skills & experience The top 5 skills required are:
Experience in delivering at least one of the following:
Enterprise Voice solution on premises or in the Cloud with Number porting, Contact Centres, WAN, SD WAN, LAN, Service Desks under the ITIL framework Demonstrated Project management skills e.G.
Stakeholder management, prioritisation, time management, risks identification and management, business benefits and business cases Ability to deal with uncertainty and make working assumptions to progress the bid submission Analytical and numeracy skills Presentation and writing skills with ability to produce and review slide decks or Contract Schedules in The first 12 months you will be:
