Wireless Network Optimization Engineer (Rf)

Position: Wireless Network Optimization Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Mainly responsible for 4G/5 G network, including Coverage Improvement, Parameter Adjustment and KPI Optimization, etc.
2. Configure RF scripts including Baseline, Neighbor, Feature parameters.
3. Make a mobility strategy, including Intra-RAT and Inter-RAT.
4. Analysis of DT Log and output-related report or proposal.Qualification:
Be able to accept long-term business trips.
Be responsible for work, willing to learn new knowledge, and handle problems.
2. Have experience in RF optimization,have knowledge of wireless network technology, signaling analysis, and parameter configurations.
3. Know some operations of OSS from the vendor side and Drive Test software such as NEMO/TEMS.
4. Be capable of communicating with Portuguese and English.Our compensation package:
