Responsibilities: 1.
Wireless technical team management, responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, especially implementing integrated networking including 2G/3G/4G/5G.
2.
Provide targeted and effective solutions to technical delivery strategies and problems in wireless projects.
3.
Identify potential risks in the project from multiple dimensions, and effectively warn, prevent, and escalate the risks.
4.
Set the technical delivery milestone, track the delivery progress, and ensure the project achievement, also capable of collaborating with other teams.
5.
Deeply participate in HLD(High-Level Description) solutions for site commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting.
6.
Establish routine communication with major technical responsible customers, and clearly understand contract requirements and key requirements from customers.
7.
Output the internal progress reports and the summary reports to the customer.
8.
Strategically plan resources, and software/technical support for upcoming projects to ensure no gaps will happen.
Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
2.
Over 8 years experience working for a wireless technical team and 3 years experience as a technical director, in a big telecommunication operator or vendor is preferred.
3.
Good at team management and team incentive.
Capable of hard work, dedication, and communication skills.
4.
Have strong knowledge of wireless network architecture and be familiar with wireless products, network optimization, and acceptance.
5.
Have successful experience in promoting the resolution of risks or problems in the wireless network field.
6.
Proficient in English and Portuguese.
