Wordpress Full-Stack Developer

Pixels-360 is seeking an experienced WordPress developer to join our Engineering team.
This position requires strong technical expertise in WordPress development, excellent attention to details, great communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
The successful candidate will assist with the coding, testing, and support of our clients' WordPress-based websites and web application projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and optimize high-performing WordPress websites and web applications
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Collaborate with international team members across different time zones
Document technical specifications and maintain development documentation
Participate in stand-ups, project, and design hand-over meetings
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of professional experience in WordPress development
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress theme/plugin development
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript and responsive web design
Proven experience with Git workflow and CI/CD processes
Strong attention to details
Familiarity with enterprise hosting platforms (AWS, Pantheon, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:
Strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)
Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
Experience in a remote work environment with distributed teams
