This professional will have constant interaction with Fortune 500 C-level Executives, VPs, and Department Heads, so they must have great communication skills, a corporate profile, and sophisticated client management skills.What You Will Do:Drive full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and presentation to internal clients.Tailor a highly customized and positive experience for candidates for upper-level executive positions, being their point of contact within BairesDev for any needs they might encounter during the recruiting process.Build strong relationships with key players from the market, from internal leadership to HR business partners and candidates.Develop and implement successful and creative sourcing strategies for upper-level executive positions.Here's what we're looking for:Native/Proficient English level is fundamental.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with a focus on listening and persuasion.5+ years of experience in Recruiting.Previous experience in Executive/C-Level recruitment.
