Position OverviewAs a DevOps Engineer, you'll take the helm of our DevOps initiatives, leveraging your extensive expertise in automation, cloud services, and system administration. Your role will be pivotal, encompassing the development of robust infrastructure, mentorship of junior team members, and integration of cutting-edge technologies to ensure seamless deployment processes.Key Responsibilities Leading the strategic development and maintenance of advanced CI/CD pipelines, integrating state-of-the-art tools and techniques. Architecting and managing robust, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, harnessing the power of advanced cloud services. Spearheading the deployment and management of complex Kubernetes environments, guaranteeing optimal configuration and security. Establishing and overseeing sophisticated monitoring and incident response systems to ensure system stability and security. Driving the adoption of best practices in security and compliance, conducting regular audits, and implementing improvements. Championing infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, automating infrastructure management, and ensuring reproducibility.Requirements Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps. Cloud Computing Platforms: In-depth knowledge and understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, and proficiency in designing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure. Code Reviews and Automation: Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Python, Java, or C++, ensuring the robustness and reliability of software solutions. Best Practices: Strong understanding of best practices such as SOLID principles and clean code, with a focus on scalable solutions. IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Essential understanding of IT infrastructure principles. Language Skills: Advanced level of English proficiency. Location: Must reside in Argentina.Desirable Qualifications Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI. Strong understanding of system security and the ability to implement and manage security policies and procedures for cloud-based systems.
