You will be responsible for learning about the company's overall needs and developing strategies for the identification and attraction of senior-level talent. What You'll Do:
- Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how to recruit talent, brainstorming and executing new Talent Attraction strategies- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.- Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment/screening.- Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments, and present qualified candidates for critical executive searches.
You Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment.- A process-oriented mindset, with a proven recruiting track record.- Creative recruiting skills. - Excellent interpersonal management, with outstanding verbal and written communication.- Native/Bilingual English level.
