About the Role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.
You will be responsible for learning about the company's overall needs and developing strategies for the identification and attraction of senior-level talent.

What You'll Do: - Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how to recruit talent, brainstorming and executing new Talent Attraction strategies - Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment/screening.
- Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments, and present qualified candidates for critical executive searches.
You Must Have: - 4+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
- A process-oriented mindset, with a proven recruiting track record.
- Creative recruiting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal management, with outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Native/Bilingual English level.
