You will Lead and manage Workday implementation and enhancement projects from inception to completion.The salary ranges from 3,000 USD to 4,000 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote.ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISHResponsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and manage Workday implementation and enhancement projects from inception to completion.Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.Coordinate with stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Technical Expertise:Develop and configure Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.).Perform system integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other tools.Customize Workday reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday configurations and integrations.Functional Expertise:Understand and analyze business processes and requirements.Provide functional support for Workday modules, ensuring they align with business needs.Configure Workday business processes and security settings.Advise on best practices for using Workday functionalities to optimize business operations.Independent Work:Operate autonomously with minimal supervision.Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:Several years of experience in implementing and managing Workday projects.Proven track record of successfully leading Workday implementations or upgrades.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies can be a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Workday configuration and customization.Strong understanding of Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIBs, etc.).Experience with Workday reporting tools and building custom reports.Functional Skills:In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, and other relevant modules.Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret business requirements.Ability to design and configure business processes in Workday.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
