Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop & Configure**: Lead development and configuration efforts across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and others as required.
- ** Integration Development**: Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Web Services. Building and Maintaining Integrations for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Finance & IT Systems
- ** Custom Reporting & Dashboards**: Create custom reports and dashboards to support business insights, using Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics.
- ** System Enhancements & Optimization**: Analyze current configurations and integrations to identify opportunities for enhancements, optimizations, and automation.
- ** Technical Documentation**: Maintain and create detailed documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations.
- ** Testing & Troubleshooting**: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions for timely resolutions.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- ** Mentoring & Training**: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and HRIS team members, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
- ** Compliance & Security**: Ensure all developments adhere to Company Policies, regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- ** Experience**: 3-5+ years of experience in Workday development, configuration, and integration.
- ** Technical Skills**:
- Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Web Services, Workday Extend and Report Writing.
- Proficient in building and maintaining Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and advanced reporting techniques.
- Familiarity with Workday Extend, Security, Business Process Framework, and Configuration.
- Experience with data migration, data transformation, and error troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem.
- ** Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- ** Certifications**: Workday Certifications (preferred but not required) in areas such as Workday Integration, HCM, or Payroll.
