Right now we are looking for a Workplace Experience Analyst to join our team at Globant!
With moderate supervision, this position provides user support making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them.
Workplace Experience Analysts are accountable for services such as cleaning, security and maintenance, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work, creating a safe, comfortable and productive working environment, by providing services and operations consistent with Globant's objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Handles requests related to buildings and grounds and can consist of light plumbing, electrical work, painting and all around "handyman" tasks.Monitors computerized heat, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC), schedules and monitors calls for service.Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.Coordinates and oversees applicable facility, grounds and maintenance upkeep, office moves and building related projects.Plans best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganises current premises.
Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout.
Develops and oversees space modifications and/or acquisition for the company.
Oversees the annual budget to ensure office operations.Assists with negotiations with vendors for services, pricing, equipment and assets.
Manages relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Expense reporting.Monitors and maintains office supplies inventory.Keeps active and open communication with employees at the office to receive feedback to anticipate future needs.
Suggests or presents new action plans to improve service.Provides general support to visitors – ensures proper meeting arrangements.
Provides general support to visitors including tours of the facility and access card sign in & out.Ensures health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
Maintains the plans for fire evacuation and disaster response.
Serves as the facility emergency response coordinator.Reports energy and waste management data for the office every month.
Gathers any other data required for Globant's Integrated Report.
Helps implement sustainability actions needed to reduce Globant's carbon footprint.Organizes orientation and training of all new local staff members to guide the operation of the office.Supports company-wide security objectives by issuing employee badges, auditing security reports and enforcing the company security policy.
