**Requisitos**:
- Bachelors Degree in a technical field (for example, as engineer or technologist); MASTERS PREFERED;
- Strong knowledge in Diesel Engine;
- Key Account management experience preferably in an international environment;
- Some background in service technical matters with powertrain, truck, bus or parts business is very desirable;
- Depth knowledge in Quality tools (mainly on Root cause analysis), Statistical analysis and Reliability;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
- Strong problem solving skills and an analytical approach;
- Lead and feel comfortable in working autonomously;
- Communicative, personable and have a strong drive to succeed;
- Be able to drive many parallel activities.
**Atividades**:
- Represent GTT QCS to the Central Business Areas for issues related to product quality and reliability;
- Receive and respond to MQRs from Central Business Areas;
- Search, detect and quantify actively & preventively customer quality issues and prioritize for pre-investigation;
- Perform pre-investigation of field quality issues in order to request and follow the introduction of proper solutions in a timely manner;
- Actively search for rapid containment actions (can be recommend internal campaign);
- Drive rapid field response (early field indicators, TMA follow-up and Warranty claims);
- Recommend solving process (CPI,Q-PMR, Task Force, Red card, etc.
);
- Appoint QSP Leader when QSP process is recommended;
- Actively support PME during the root cause analysis;
- Follow-up of CPIs including check of effectiveness of solution and coordinate response;
- Develop QCS KPI and monthly status report materials;
- Recommend external campaign based on technical description and present at the External Campaign Committee;
- Identify potential safety related issue upon field report / claim received and communicate to Safety Investigator;
- Predict the quality levels in order to reach the targets of KPI identified for each sales region and report the results accordingly;
- Contribute to long term quality roadmap;
- Lead quick action teams (Tasks Forces and Red Cards) and Product Launch Teams within GTT (QAGs) if required.
