We use some of the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every aspect.Right now, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst, Jr Adv to join our Finance team in the Transactional Services area!You will get the chance to:Complete requests for vendor master data in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to vendor master data.Analyze and improve data quality, including running regular scheduled data audit reports (e.g., elimination of duplicates, standard text formats, retirement).Participate in multi-geographical initiatives and projects.Assist the team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.What will help you succeed:Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various internal clients.Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.Strong written and oral communication skills.At least 1 year of experience with Vendor Data Management (VDM).Proficiency in SAP; experience with ARIBA is preferred.Academic background in Business, Accounting, or a related field.A customer-oriented professional who is detail-oriented and committed to excellence.At Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment make us stronger.
