**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- **New Partner Acquisition**:
- Drive sales growth in the region by actively prospecting, developing, and closing new partnership opportunities
- Build, maintain, and track a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets
- Thoroughly understand customer needs, and effectively position and present Hudson Global Scholars solutions, benefits, and value propositions
- **Existing Account Management & Customer Satisfaction**:
- Manage existing partnership relationships while identifying sales growth opportunities within those relationships
- Assist partners with student enrollment/re-enrollment growth through partner training, parent meetings, and other events
- Act as a partner advocate, and work with internal resources to ensure partner needs are understood, issues are resolved, and their experience is optimized
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and the Regional Director of Business Development - Latin America to manage partner planning and implementation
- Communicate regularly, formally and informally, with all levels of the company
- Harness resources across the organization to support the execution of sales strategies within the region
**QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- 5-8 years of successful goal achievement in selling online teaching and learning programs to K-12 education partners, and in negotiating complex, multi-year deals
- Bachelor's degree required
- Customer focused, with a strong ability to create successful customer relationships and to translate customer needs into a proven value story
- A drive for results, both for near-term revenue goals and long-term strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in person and virtually, especially to school and partner leaders
- Highly organized and adaptable, with excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal savvy, with the capacity to work with different people, internally and externally
- Demonstrated adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where change is constant
- Proficiency with MS Office, or similar suite, and with a CRM and/or Smartsheet
- Some travel may be required, as well as an ability to attend evening meetings for partners or the company
