Your day to day life as an Account Manager
Prospect and identify new leads in the region;
Present and demonstrate our solutions to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages;
Manage the sales cycle, from the first contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages;
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials to drive sales;
Stay up to date on the latest technological trends and industry developments to be able to offer valuable insights to customers;
Participate in industry fairs, events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network of contacts;
Manage and regularly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track leads, opportunities and sales activities;
Achieve sales and revenue targets established by the company.

Experience in sales in the information technology area;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable way;
Ability to identify and understand customer needs, adapting IT solutions according to these needs;
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Experience in dealing with negotiations and closing contracts;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proactivity and initiative;
Strong orientation towards goals and results, with the ability to work in a competitive environment;
Availability to travel when necessary.
