The role:
As an Account Manager, you will drive growth and maximize revenues across a portfolio of key clients.
You'll develop strong customer relationships, act as the main point of contact within the organization for your portfolio, and take a consultative approach to understand our customers' business drivers and requirements.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring user feedback, representing the company at industry events, and reporting KPIs and account status to the Head of Account Management and the wider commercial management team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the growth and maximizing revenues across a portfolio of clients.
Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within our key partners.
Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your portfolio.
Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers' business drivers and requirements.
Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs.
Organize and/or represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to the Head of Account Management and the wider commercial management team when needed.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working in the iGaming industry as a Salesperson or Account Manager, or a similar commercially led role.
Self-starter and motivated to succeed, with a track record of delivering against targets in a commercially driven environment.
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and deliver on these within tight deadlines.
Able to handle top tier clients and the associated pressures that come with working under commercial targets.
Strong analytical/numerical skills and must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving complex issues.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
