Work Model: Hybrid, twice a week in our office in Campinas- SP
Your Responsibilities:Reporting of LATAM Financials Figures to Group (Global Team)Interact with Global Team to align reporting process and variance analysis explanationsKey contributor in month/quarter-end close process (journal entries, accruals, accounts reconciliation, analysis, etc.)Assist the preparation of Financial StatementsResponsible for Fixed Asset Transactions and GovernanceResponsible for Payroll Register Transactions and GovernanceResponsible for ECD, IBGE, BACENChart of Accounts and Cost Center GovernanceERP Structural Governance (Companies, Reports, Chart of Accounts, Cost Center)Evaluate current accounting practices and policies and drive continuous improvementIdentify, interpret and analyze potential accounting risks and issuesInteract with external auditors, following up and elaborating documentsStay updated in terms of CPC/IFRSStrong verbal and oral communication skillsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accountingAdvanced English LevelStrong analytical & Excel skillsExperience with ERP Systems (AARO, NetSuite, and SAP Business One) is a big plusAccountability, problem-solving, and team-orientedBenefits: Sinch is a global company composed of people from different countries and cultures.
