Accounting Associate (Accounts Receivable)

Job Description
Responsibilities

Posts customer's payments by recording cash, checks, and direct deposit payments to each individual ledger and system.
Updates HDMF and bank take outs.
Records package agreement on buyer's ledger.
Records and amends buyers' accounts.
Records collections for expense changed to buyers.
Monitors the check (Post Dated Check) payment of the buyer.
Ensures accurate statement of accounts in updating individual ledger.
Timely update of commission monitoring.
Timely request of commission for release.
Ensure compliance documents of brokers/agents.
Timely update of Outright incentives monitoring.
Timely request of outright incentive for release.
Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA.
At least 1-2 years of working experience as AR.
Preferably with background in real estate company.
Knowledgeable in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Taxation, General Accounting, and Bank Disbursements.
Proficient in M365 and MS Excel.
Knowledgeable in XERO.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
