James Hardie R&PD is looking for a reliable Accounts Assistant to be based in Cabuyao, Laguna.

The Opportunity

The Accounts Assistant will be based in the Philippines (Cabuyao, Laguna) primarily responsible for accounts administration to the James Hardies Research team that is located in Sydney, Australia. This position requires an individual who is able to work well as part of a team, be able to manage their work independently, demonstrate strong stakeholder management, and show flexibility and agility as they respond to competing demands.

Provide financial administration, including analysing and manipulating data from SAP and Excel systemsPurchase Orders (PO) creation and set upPO management by checking open PO balance and close old open POsSet up new and existing R&D vendors on the online portal and clean up R&PD vendor list in SAPLiaise with Procurement Department on finalized vendor code in SAPChecking daily R&PD parking invoices in SAP and confirm Goods Receivable with relevant stakeholdersLiaising with vendor on new purchasing agreement, insurance document and bank detailed, and reconcile invoiceReconcile Company Purchasing Cards in line with required process monthly for Site Supervisor, Senior Manager, Technology Development and the Head of People & Performance, Global InnovationTrades team payroll allocation and PO creation for monthly payroll invoice 03rd June, 2024 It is the vision of our Global R&PD business to have an inspired team delivering sustainable innovation to fuel Hardie's growth.
