Great opportunity!Global insurance and asset management company seeks a responsible, organized, dynamic and management-oriented person.Main ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Active Directory Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, and optimal performance. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services, as well as experience in managing large-scale, multi-site environments:Manage, monitor, and maintain the Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy;Design, implement, and manage Active Directory replication across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance and availability;Perform regular system audits and reviews of Active Directory configurations to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices;Administer user accounts, security groups, and access permissions, ensuring proper access control;Develop and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to manage system configurations and security settings across the network;Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving Active Directory, DNS, and related infrastructure issues;Implement and manage directory services for user authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA);Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity through the maintenance of backup and recovery solutions for Active Directory;Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and enforce access controls, password policies, and other security measures;Support domain migrations, upgrades, and consolidations as needed;Prepare and maintain documentation for Active Directory processes, configurations, and changes;Provide technical support and expertise for IT teams and end-users as it relates to directory services.Requirements and SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience;Proven experience as an Active Directory Specialist or in a similar role;Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy;Experience with Active Directory replication, trust relationships, and domain management;Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and cloud-based identity management solutions;Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation of Active Directory tasks;Understanding of network protocols, authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM), and security best practices;Experience with backup and recovery solutions for Active Directory;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, MCSA, or MCSE) are a plus;Experience in hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure Active Directory;Knowledge of other identity management systems and solutions;Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SSO, and MFA technologies;Experience in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Additional InformationModelo de contratação:PJForma de atuação:100% Remote
