Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Administrative Clerk at WMS Foods USA.

1.
Data Entry – Entering and maintaining records, such as client information, inventory, or financial transactions.
Helping the Logistic and financial team operation.

2.
Document Management – Organizing, filing, and managing company documents, both physically and digitally.
3.
Communication – Handling phone calls, emails.
4.
Scheduling – Assisting in organizing schedules, booking meetings, or arranging travel.
5.
General Office Support – Ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, or handling other basic office needs.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Clerical Skills
Experience in administrative tasks and office operations
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Experience with Netsuite ERP or similar ERP, will be a plus.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in the food industry is a plus

Proficiency in English is a requirement for this position.
