RoleYou will be responsible for the creation, optimization and management of Paid Media campaigns across platforms. You will work with the team to deliver on goals and contribute to the overall success of the campaigns.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies, including outreach and remarketing campaigns.Brand, Market, Marketing researchOutreach strategy and buildout and optimizationBrand management tasksFunnel Performance Reporting and optimizationCreate, manage, and optimize ads, email marketing, and content across platforms.Campaign budget managementEmail marketing campaign process, development and executionCreate lead magnets and other marketing assetsManage website assets, courses, funnels, and marketing automationsPlan and execute remarketing campaigns to nurture leads relationships Provide reports and briefs to the leadership and sales teamProduct development: where and how to sell products, updating our packages in PFG, uniting our client feedbacks to new packages ResultsPositive ROI for campaigns Weekly optimization of campaignsConsistent lead flow Messaging is always aligned with the company Constant communication with leadershipTimely and accurate reporting on metricsConstant suggestion of improvements to ensure RequirementsExperience in Digital Marketing is required.Minimum work experience of 1-3 years to be considered.Good communication skills with a positive attitude.Ability to work with diverse types of people and communication styles.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.Previous experience with project management software is a plus.Proven knowledge of collaborative tools (ex: Google Workspace).
