#BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionMain Duties:AdministrationLiaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.Ensure that team members adhere to the Human Resource policies.Customer ServicePersonally welcome and escort all hotel guests.Authorize courtesies for V.I.P.sFinancialIdentify optimal, cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.OperationalKeep a record of the arrival and departure of the hotel.Coordinate group arrivals and departures.Address questions pertaining to room accommodations and rates.Make efforts on low occupancy dates to maximize room revenue.Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and obtain business-related information about competing hotels.Maintain close coordination with airline staff.Facilitate guest check-in and check-out at the airport.Present options and alternatives to unreserved guests and offer assistance in making choices regarding types of available rooms and services of the property.PersonnelSelf-confidence, motivation, drive, and tenacity.Ability to enhance organizational performance.Other DutiesEnsure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office, including the lobby, corridors, main staircase, and driveway.Assist other departments in case of emergencies.Occupational Health & SafetyEmployee ResponsibilityAll employees must safeguard their health and safety, and the health and safety of others, in the workplace.Replacement and Temporary Mission:Be ready and responsible for any job that may be assigned by Management.Qualifications1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel/resort.Fluency in both written and spoken English.Well-presented, with an outgoing and friendly attitude.Able to adapt to unpredictable events and be resourceful.Reliable and thrives in a busy environment, staying calm under pressure.Well-planned, organized, and always punctual.#J-18808-Ljbffr
