**What you'll do**:
Support the contracts team in the drafting and analysis of contracts or other documents with legal or commercial content, involving the Eaton entities in South and Central America, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, as applicable, and in all other actions resulting from the contracts routine, as well as assistance with the management of the Contract Lifecycle Management - CLM tool and achieving the department goals.
Support the team in the drafting, review, negotiation and implementation of contracts, amendments and terminations, as well as any other document with legal or commercial content in Portuguese, English or Spanish, for all business groups/divisions in South and Central America; Conduct research in case law and doctrine for preparation of legal opinions or answers to consultations by the business; Assist the team with the management of the CLM tool; Assist the team in the implementation of contract standardization initiatives; Support the team in the preparation and implementation of powers of attorney for negotial purposes for the Eaton entities in South and Central America; Assist the team in the drafting of corporate documents and coordination with law firms of the filings of such documents; Support the team in the preparation of training materials; Participate in global law department activities to gain knowledge and learn best practices with other regions, and ensure consistent support across geographic boundaries; Support Law Department's goals and metrics related to outside counsel management (i.e. ensure the compliance with budget protocols and targets).

- Education level required: Law Degree (Bachelor)
