Analista de Investigación de Mercado Job Description At Kimberly-Clark we are looking for a Market Research Analyst.
The person will support different analysis focus on make the best decision around business questions, using different tools as Kantar, Nielsen and consumer researches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in different market research projects that responds to business questions
- Understand business objectives and propose the best approaches to reach them
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
- Collects data from multiple sources and uses it make recommendations for different business objectives.
- Work in partnership with different research agencies (Nielsen, Kantar, etc) to support the business
- Remain informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practicesKey Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year proven Market Research Analysis experience
- Advanced English, basic Spanish
- Strong analytical, critical & divergent thinking
- Ability to interpret data and to multi-task
- Able to work and coordinate different areas (Marketing, R&E, Procurement?)
to develop deliverables
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Power point), search engines.
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Able to work with different cultures, nationalities & contexts (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Central America)
- Able to work in a diverse world:
gender, age, levels of experience.
