About Service Execution Team
You will be part of the Brazil Service team. Our department is responsible to provide field technical support 24/7 to customers in Brazil and/or all over the world when necessary
So joining us, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical/personnel skills in several customers/countries.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist the execution of workshop repair and turnkey services, from start to finish, using and managing available resources in order to meet contractual requirements with quality, according to defined parameters and within the established deadlines and costs;
- Prepare summary charging, send it to the client, seek for approval and request invoices
- Control deadlines and quality during the execution of services;
- Identify possible risks and their impacts, in order to mitigate and/or avoid them throughout the execution of the service;
- Draw up proposals and budget;
- Monitor purchase and cost;
- Keeping up-to-date records of clients, proposals, contacts and meetings in CRM (Customer Relationship Management);
- Participate in meetings with clients in order to exchange information on the progress of projects/services;
- Enforce compliance with all departmental procedures;
- Interfacing with other departments in the organization
- Maintain open communications with Service Team and Manager
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Home Office / Office and sometimes General industrial environment. Occasionally extreme environments (outdoor, hot, cold, dusty, etc.)
- Must be able to travel a couple of times a year.
What you bring:
- Solid experience with cement/mining industry projects, installation and/or maintenance of equipment for this segment (min 5 years)
- Advanced English
- Advanced ERP (Microsiga or others)
- Good Interpersonal relationship
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools ( Office, Outlook,etc).
- Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably experience in working with international colleagues.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Administration or Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Civil)
