What Will Be Your Challenges?
At DB Schenker, we are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst for our team in São Paulo.
The professional will be responsible for ensuring alignment among "Super Users," developing and implementing system manuals, standardizing air import and export procedures, as well as conducting system audits and improvements.
The ideal candidate should have experience with WMS,and ERP's such as TOTVS Protheus, knowledge of SOAP and REST integrations, and an intermediate/advanced English level.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Attributes) Maintain contact with other "Super Users" within the organization to ensure alignment and harmony among all involved parties; Develop, translate, and implement system manuals; Assist in preparing reports/KPIs for Branches, Regional, and Head Office; Standardize procedures in air import and export processes; Conduct process audits, ensuring information quality standards; Develop, test, and implement system improvements and fixes; Have knowledge of ADVPL; Create procedures, tests, and reports, as well as implement defined and previously approved activities and actions; Manage system performance.
Requirements: Degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; ERP knowledge (at least 3 years of previous experience with TOTVS Protheus is essential); Knowledge of WMS; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of SOAP, REST integrations (web services); Experience in user support for computer systems; Accounting and financial knowledge (desirable); Intermediate/Advanced English level (essential).
