Field Support Engineer

Laptop/Desktop Windows Knowledge, Networking (L2 level).
In this role you will:
The support services at the user's table (Desk Side) are made up of the following components:
Laptops/Desktops
Basic printer support
Coordinate with a third-party vendor for hardware or software issues
Hardware repair (break fix)
Software repair (break fix)
Repair services (Break-Fix) will be managed by a dedicated Desk Side engineer at each site.
Engineers must maintain, update, and oversee every aspect of computer networks
Assist customers in their inquiries and provide troubleshooting support when needed
Provide training and assistance to IT technicians and help desk technicians
Design computer systems to meet the particular needs of the organization
Act as the first point of contact for clients concerning their computer systems and hardware issues
Ensure proper logging and documentation of all issues
Monitor daily performance of systems
Turn in detailed reports for technical assistance requests, including the procedure utilized to resolve the issue, dates and times, and the individuals involved in the case
Engineers will be expected to install and configure computer applications
Portuguese Language (English as a Second Language)
Support services at the user's Desk (Desk Side) The service hours will be covered according to the need of the locality. For Manufacturing Plants, 7x24 coverage is required. In locations with business hours, service will be provided during business hours.
Remote Support Services at the User's Desk (Remote Desk Side) Remote support at the User's Desk or (Remote Desk Side) applies to sites that do not have constant service coverage, therefore. applies Remote Support on the User Desk (Remote Desk Side)
