- Atuar de acordo com as políticas, práticas e procedimentos de RH relacionadas com gestão pagamentos, fornecedores e processos admissionais.
- Administração dos benefícios de acordo com o Budget da área, avaliando a política e pensando em estratégias que aumentem a satisfação e bem-estar dos colaboradores;
- Acompanhar programas e projetos desenvolvidos por RH ou consultorias externas.
- Prestar assessoria e suporte aos clientes internos.
- Identificar possíveis irregularidades na aplicação de diretrizes, políticas de RH, verificando os desvios e tomar as medidas adequadas para enderençar e resolver tais problemas.
- Acompanhar o ciclo de vida do funcionário administrativo de acordo com as demandas de RH;
- Apoiar o HRBP Brazil
Habilidades e conhecimentos:
- Experiência com gestão de pagamentos e benefícios
- Conhecimento em Leis Trabalhistas
- Conhecimentos sistema Workday
- Pacote Office
Tempo de experiência:
3 a 5 anos na área de Recursos Humanos
Formação Acadêmica:
Superior completo obrigatório
Pós-Graduação desejável
Idiomas:
Português obrigatório
