About the role
Our Laboratory team, composed of 18 people, is integrated into the Quality Department and focuses on ensuring quality assurance with clients in collaboration with all production areas.
As an
Analytical Control Supervisor , you will work on managing the staff, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and continuous improvement to support our department.
You will get the opportunity to contribute to improving lives bringing your ideas and positively impacting our laboratory team.
You will be accountable for:
Manage the department as well as implement and monitor training programs for technicians and operators.
Manage the quality control process, including organizing and performing analytical tests, formalizing results, ensuring data storage, and coordinating with production teams.
Define & implement quality control methods, processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and company policies.
Ensure continuous improvement by staying updated on technology and regulations, optimizing lab performance, and addressing quality issues.
We offer a permanent contract based on on-site working mode.
About you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, or Textile Engineering.
Relevant work experience in a similar role and 3-5 years of experience in team leadership.
Competencies:
Experience in restructuring a quality control laboratory, in team restructuring, and in-line analysis.
6 Sigma knowledge.
Fluent English.

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.
While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 132.000,00 to R$ 165.000,00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
