Product Operations Intern
We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to join our team at Answer.ai.
This is a three-month internship with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage user operations for the Answer.ai product, focusing on a North American user base.
Provide customer service, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot issues through online channels.
Engage with users to gather insights on their experience with Answer.ai, identifying expectations and potential improvements.
Work closely with the team to drive user engagement and enhance product satisfaction.

Requirements:
Fluent proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (all three languages are required).
Availability to work according to North American business hours.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and product operations.
Ability to work fully remotely.
Enthusiasm for the Answer.ai product and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
