Position Overview
The Advanced Wound Care Marketing Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for advanced wound care products.
This role requires a strong understanding of both the medical device industry and the specific needs of the wound care market, including products like dressings and wound healing technologies.
The Product Manager will work closely with sales, R&D, clinical teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for advanced wound care products.
Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business goals and product development timelines.

Product Positioning and Messaging
Define and refine product positioning, key messages, and value propositions to differentiate the product in the wound care market.
Ensure consistent and compelling communication across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.

Product Launches
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all marketing, sales, and training materials are in place.
Coordinate with regulatory, clinical, and sales teams to meet product launch timelines and compliance standards.
Oversee the development of launch assets, such as brochures, presentations, and training guides.

Sales Enablement
Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales tools, presentations, and training to help drive product adoption.
Regularly review the effectiveness of sales collateral and make adjustments as needed based on feedback and performance data.
Assist the sales team with customer-facing presentations, product demonstrations, and at industry events.
Develop strong partnerships with key AWC associations or related associations to guarantee the success of our business

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to stay ahead of market shifts.

Brand Management
Manage and grow the brand presence of advanced wound care products through targeted marketing initiatives.
Ensure all marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy and contribute to building brand equity.
Create campaigns to promote awareness and education about advanced wound care solutions among healthcare providers and patients.

Budget Management
Oversee the marketing budget for advanced wound care products, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing materials comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and R&D, clinical, and sales teams for advanced wound care products.

Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Utilize SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on advanced wound care.
Skills :
Strong understanding of wound care products and therapies.
Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing strategy development.
