Candidate Profile: We are looking for qualified professionals to take on the position of Architecture Project Coordinator, who have proven experience in the efficient development and management of architectural projects. The candidate should have leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams, as well as expertise in the creation and adherence to schedules. Main Activities: Collaborate with managers in defining the project scope, objectives, and schedule. Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, and other professionals. Maintain constant communication with the client to ensure alignment with expectations. Identify and solve problems that may arise during the project development. Make quick and effective decisions to keep the project within scope and schedule. Supervise the preparation of technical documents, drawings, and specifications. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Previous experience in project coordination. Planning and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Project software. Proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD software. Availability for on-site work in São Paulo. Fluent in English.
