Associate Director, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing We are proud to work on a new mandate for our favourite global Foundation client, looking to talk with people experienced in Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing.
This is an important new role in a firm whose core business and mission is improving the lives of those most in need.
This will be an outstanding opportunity to build on your existing D&I experience working in a hugely respected, collegiate, flat structure where you get involved in the advancement of a diverse and inclusive workplace, specifically working to ensure that the organization has the right D&I policies, standards, and initiatives in place, as well as guiding and supporting the resources, tools, and learning needed for progress.
In addition to contributing to broader organizational D&I initiatives, this role will also place an emphasis on employee wellbeing, including physical and psychological/mental health to ensure an optimal healthy work environment, where staff can be their authentic selves.
The role will focus on developing a strategy of activities, programs, and organizational policies designed to support D&I, and specifically a healthy workplace, including psychological safety for staff.
These efforts have a direct link to employee attraction and retention.
This role will also focus on continuing the Foundation's disability and accommodations policies, ensuring this area is sustained and enhanced and embraces all forms of disability.
Finally, this role will support establishing and maintaining affinity groups across the Foundation's Global Network.
