What you will do Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company in Sao Paulo and other LATAM regionsFollow up with the related administrative aspects of employment, such as notifying the appropriate departments of employee's starting dateCompletion of weekly report on recruiting activityConsult with internal business leaders to identify needs and create high quality recruiting solutions for positionsAssist with development of recruiting strategies to fill positions through direct recruitingBuild a pipe line of candidate resources and work with the recruitment manager to support the growth of the company What you should bring 2+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experienceDrive to get things done, consistently exceed minimum activity levelsExcellent presentation and networking skillsAbility to creatively attract top performers in the industryHigh energy, positive attitude, team player personality Need help finding the right job?
