You'll work alongside meticulous, collaborative, and innovative teammates.You'll lead the financial shaping of bids, ensuring competitive pricing and cost efficiency.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management), optimize financial costs, and much more.You'll specifically take care of preparing quick costing during the pre-tendering phase, but also define target costs in coordination with Bid subsystem managers.We'll look to you for:Supporting the Bid manager in the preparation of the IFQ, aligned with pricing strategyDefining the cost structure for bids according to RFP requirements and sales strategiesLeading cost estimation activities to meet tender targets using competitiveness leversCollaborating with the Finance Tender Manager to optimize financial costsConsolidating tender costs as per financial rules and using appropriate toolsControlling the robustness of costing and preparing the costing package for TRMLeading cost estimation for changes during the negotiation phase and updating commitmentsTransferring detailed tender costing data to Project teams, including variance analysisBuilding comparisons on different solutions and supporting Make or Buy evaluationsAll about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
