Primary Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in technology discipline or equivalent experience 5+ years of enterprise-scale Voice/Chat Bots development experience The Apps Dev is responsible for building and supporting Microsoft Azure voice and Chat bots to meet complex business needs Responsible for developing testing and deploying the bot code using CI/CD pipelines Custom component development using type script.
Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders Must Have Skills Experience with Azure cloud, Microsoft BOT framework, Microsoft BOT Composer, Emulator Experience using Git and Jenkins Hand on experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI Experience with web services integration Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive services (ex: LUIS.ai), and QnA maker Microsoft Bot framework
