Business Analyst -Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (Wms)

Remote work in Brazil - may be asked to travel to a K-C site in Brazil, but not required.
Work day hours are 7am-5pm M-FLanguages: Fluent in English and PortugueseExperience with BY WMS Saas version 2023Blue Yonder WMS Business AnalystThe Blue Yonder WMS Business Analyst will support the lead Business Analyst in various tasks including training, documentation, SAP-Blue Yonder interface mapping, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS).Key Responsibilities:Assist the BA lead in delivering training sessions and support for end-users and stakeholders to ensure the users are proficient with BY WMSReview and update documentation for system processes, configurations, and training/user guidesSAP - Interface Mapping - collaborate with lead BA to map and document the interface between SAP and Blue Yonder WMSIdentify and resolve any integration issues to ensure smooth data flow between systemsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) - develop and execute UAT plans to validate system functionality and performanceProvide ongoing support for the Blue Yonder WMSNTV of JDA/Blue Yonder WMSQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDS) WMS and SAP or other ERP system IntegrationMUST have experience with supporting at least 1 implementation projectFamiliarity with UAT methodologies and best practicesWMS certification and/or trainingMust have experience with Integration mapping and testingIntegration CPI and/or Unify middleware familiarity is a plusMust have previous implementation experience with BY WMS SaaS
