Disposition to roll up sleeves in daily basis in the operation.
- MS Office experience required, with advanced level in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc)
- English and Portuguese proficiency

Key job responsibilities
- Create attractive offers for last mile partners
- Actively engage with internal teams and external vendors during the process
- Communicating recruiting status to adequate stakeholders
- Troubleshooting problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary
- Ensuring compliance throughout the global process standards and working on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with a capability of setting priorities and working under pressure;
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Hard working and self-motivated
