Founded in 1999 and listed on NASDAQ in 2003 and HKEX in 2021, Trip.com Group has become one of the best-known travel groups in the world, with the mission "to pursue the perfect trip for a better world."Key Responsibilities:Responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunities in the assigned market through effective sourcing of accommodation inventory.Initiate the contracting process with the accommodation distributors, develop and maintain excellent relationships with supplier vendors.Monitor, maintain, and optimize supplier product rate, inventory, and service quality to enhance product competitiveness.Familiar with connectivity, settlement, and system management backend knowledge and process.Advise suppliers on regular marketing campaigns and promotions.Conduct relevant and insightful analysis, including performance analysis, market trends, and competitor analysis, and implement effective action plans based on the analysis.Other assigned tasks and projects.Key Requirements:Fluent in English and Portuguese.Valid working authorization.Bachelor's degree and above, hotel or tourism majors are preferred.A minimum of 3 years of working experience within the online accommodation distribution business.A deep understanding of the accommodation business, market dynamics, and API distribution channels.Strong critical thinking and data analysis capability.Analytical, structured mindset and problem-solving skills required.Available for business travels/partner visits around 30% of the time.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
