Position: HashKey Group – Global Exchange - Business Development (KOL)
Type: Full-time RemoteCompensation : Base salary + commission
Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, engage, and establish strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.• Campaign Development: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with KOLs to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition.• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential KOLs that align with HashKey Global's brand and growth objectives.• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL-driven campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies.• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, webinars, and live sessions with KOLs to promote HashKey Global's offerings and engage with the crypto community.• Content Collaboration: Work closely with KOLs to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives traffic to our platform.
Qualifications:• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or marketing, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.• Strong network of contacts within the crypto and blockchain KOL community.• Proficient in using analytical tools to measure campaign performance and derive insights.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.• Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns.• Deep understanding of and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
