Job DescriptionFLUENT ENGLISH MANDATORYKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for opening up channels and partnerships for business in Brazil.Develop the academia channel (Basic Education Schools, Vocational Schools, Colleges, and Universities).Develop the Government channel.Develop the Employer Channel in the areas of healthcare, retail, banking, hospitality, beauty, wellness, etc.Strategize to expand the business in Brazil – both segment-wise and channel-wise.Responsible for identifying and implementing new business models.Determining platforms and channels suitable for the company's business goals.Sign up with Edtech skilling platforms / employer platforms.Representing Wadhwani Foundation with stakeholders (partner connect, employer connect, NGO connect, and government connect).Creating employer networks and Government channels across the country.Skills & Experience:4+ years of experience working in Business Development, Account Management, and operations.Updated with the latest technologies, methodologies, and research within edTech and the training domain.Strong program and operations management skills.Strong background in creating systems and processes.Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.Complex problem-solving skills.Strategic/Innovative thinker.Open to travel across Brazil and work closely on the ground with different teams.Drive team to meet objectives.Understanding of the skilling ecosystem.Experience in nurturing and growing an account.
