The purpose of this position is to supports management and sales decision-making with information, performing Marketshare studies, market coverage reports, sales reports, competition analysis, BI dashboards. Role: Maintain extensive knowledge (Business Intelligence) of current market conditions, collect, monitor and analyse market and competitor trends to identify trend setter ideas, establish and update the information database; Define customer insights to develop the potential strategic business plans, supporting management and sales decision-making with information; Attend trade shows and exhibitions and dealers visits to evaluate competitors and products, and understand the market trends; Dealer expansion: mapping of our dealers, competition, municipalities without points of sale, possible prospects for approaching the city, etc.; Perform marketshare studies, market coverage reports, sales reports, competition analysis, BI dashboards (optional: including codification); Update and manage the Commercial Policy and audit processes when necessary; Conduct periodic review and analysis of existing sales channels and work cross functionally to give insights about potential go-to-market plans; Search marketing trends focusing on light agriculture, forest market, market variabilities based on weather and seasonality. Must have: Relevant education (University degree); Experience with Big Data, making this connection, working with a large mass of data; Fluent in English; Excellent track record of customer focused service delivery, B2B and B2C; Analytical profile, working with Big Data, making this connection, working with a large mass of data; Demonstrated understanding and experience in handling different data about customer channels, product mix and multiple brands; Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
