Business Process Analyst

We're seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Business Support Process Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting complex business workflows.
This role offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the intricacies of customer service operations across various industries, providing invaluable insights into how sophisticated businesses function.
Key Role Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to thoroughly understand their customer support processes.
Analyze and document complex workflows, identifying all possible scenarios and edge cases.
Create comprehensive, detailed flow charts using Lucidcharts, considering every aspect of the decision-making process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of client requirements into our automation solutions.
Continuously seek out and document undiscovered scenarios and potential process improvements.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or similar roles involving complex workflow documentation.
Proficiency in creating flowcharts and decision trees.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English fluency required).
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Basic technical understanding of APIs and integrations.
Experience in client-facing roles, particularly with English-speaking customers.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or related training bootcamp).
Experience with Lucidcharts or similar diagramming tools.
Familiarity with UML framework for workflow documentation.
Experience working in or with customer support teams.
Experience in a startup environment.
