As the Business Support Specialist at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and business processes. You will support the sales team, manage data, administer sales tools, and contribute to optimizing sales processes. Your efforts will enable informed decision-making and enhance overall operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities Sales Process Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and operative support in the sales processing tool. Assist in managing quotes and processing approvals to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Data management: Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to gather, analyze, and interpret business data. Generate comprehensive reports to provide insights into key performance indicators, enabling informed decision-making for various departments. Sales Tool Administration: Work closely with related teams to ensure seamless integration of systems that support business operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, ensuring continuous functionality and optimization. Sales Process Optimization and Coordination: Act as liaison between sales representatives and internal teams, facilitate information flow, prepare sales communications and proposals, identify process inefficiencies, and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Support Operational Excellence: Optimize company processes across all departments, ensuring alignment with overall operational strategies. Generate metrics and reports, implement operational improvements, and maintain high levels of efficiency throughout the organization. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on business applications and processes. Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure team members are equipped to utilize tools and systems effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in sales process, operations management, or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment. Proficiency in English is a must + Native Portuguese speakers and strong communication skills in Spanish are a significant plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerBi, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools. Knowledge of financial management tasks such as budget oversight, expense tracking, and invoice processing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement. Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to drive decision-making. Consistent discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Excellent communication skills to convey ideas, facilitate discussions, and present findings to various stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments. Strong process documentation skills and experience in process flow design is highly desirable.
