Case Manager - International Surrogacy Programs

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Case Manager - International Surrogacy Programs. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing international surrogacy cases, coordinating with intended parents, finance, and third parties. This role involves day-to-day case management tasks, including monitoring progress, providing support and guidance, and ensuring legal and ethical compliance. The role is based in São Paulo, SP, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Experience in case management or a related field Knowledge of international surrogacy processes and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in English and Portuguese (additional language skills are a plus) Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations in surrogacy Empathy and sensitivity when working with intended parents and surrogates Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, etc.) For more details, please send us an email: bruna.alvestammuz.com
