The Position As a CETA Marketing Manager LATAM, you'll su pport the work of the affiliates as an active partner to support the first launches of new products and build capabilities and cross-regional intelligence on the market potential in the CETA (Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapeutical Areas) space.
Provide input for key business analytics to inform decision-making and overall priorities for the LATAM management in the context of CETA, while working closely with key affiliates to ensure adequate focus on market development and commercial preparation for CETA.
Work on business development to identify market and business opportunities according to the needs of the CETA space.
Quantify business opportunities in LATAM and support the prioritization of launch planning and execution for the relevant new therapeutic areas.
Identify and analyze opportunities to support commercial success for future portfolios across all key affiliates, as well as ensure proper preparation for embarking on the CETA area.
Liaise with the medical partner to ensure an aligned approach towards CETA strategy and ambition.
Qualifications Experience in business development, strategy, and planning.
As well as experience in strategic partnerships, including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights.
Proven ability to identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies.
Ability to prioritise and track investments across new product development initiatives.
Experience in developing short, medium, and long-range strategies and business plans, alongside strong analytical skills to review the feasibility of new therapy areas, markets, and their potential growth opportunities.
Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
About the Department The CETA manager supports strategic initiatives to capitalise on commercial opportunities aligned with regional, REM, IO and HQ business priorities.
This role involves understanding the regional market potential, quantifying the business opportunities for new TAs, and providing inputs from key business analytics to equip the LATAM management team with information for key decision-making.
