Change and Release Management Process Analyst in the Global Technology team.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the change management vertical for a major ERP upgrade program.
It involves supporting routines such as impact mapping & mitigation, training, access management, and being the key person in understanding the new system functionality.
**Main Responsabilities**:

- Understand the different types of process changes from the 'as-is' to the 'to-be', assess potential impacts and risks to the project, and prepare plans to mitigate these impacts by working with functional teams
- Understand how the new process works and build training material for the end-users along with the functional SMEs and the development team
- Support in delivering training sessions (both in-person and virtually) and enable train-the-trainer programs
- Understand how the new system works and how to resolve business pain points on adapting to the new system during UAT, Go-Live, and Hyper Care
- Support the User Access team with job roles and profile mapping to ensure the right segregation of duties for all business processes
- Be guardians of the standard template and reduce process deviation (unless mandatory or critical)
- Ensure no business disruption as part of the ERP transition process

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in supporting change management programs in the digital transformation space
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Azure DevOps (must have some experience)
- ServiceNow (must have some experience)
- Solution Manager Experience (nice to have)
- Extremely resilient, collaborative, and communicative
