Change Management Lead

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic Change Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes. Responsibilities:Develop and evolve test plans for complex applications.Deconstruct solutions into tests that optimize for coverage and risk.Create trusted test automation with high reliability and relevancy.Extend test automation frameworks to incorporate new functionality.Assess and advise on testability of user stories, including acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and the definition of done.Qualifications:1 Prosci Certification (change management certification) REQUIRED2 3-4 project rollouts, Specifically IT3 Portuguese REQUIRED4 Being able to speak to project experience and communicate effectively on how to push projects along, collaborating with teams, putting together project overview roll out with stakeholder, experience with Innovation BDSystem Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
